Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to GreenCRM24 until the end of your paid period.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of your annual billing period with no prorated refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Refunds

We offer full refunds for:

  • Monthly subscriptions canceled within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service for monthly plans
  • Partial years of service for annual plans after 30 days
  • Custom development or implementation services
  • Training sessions already conducted

2.3 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

3. Free Trials

If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your trial period.

4. Data After Cancellation

4.1 Data Retention

We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you may reactivate your account and regain full access to your data.

4.2 Data Export

You may export your data at any time before cancellation through our self-service export tools. After cancellation, data exports are available upon request within the 30-day retention period for a $50 service fee.

4.3 Permanent Deletion

After 30 days following cancellation, all customer data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and sustainability-focused data practices.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Interruptions

In the event of significant service interruptions (more than 24 continuous hours), we will provide account credits proportional to the downtime.

5.2 Billing Disputes

For any billing disputes, please contact us within 60 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve any issues in good faith.

5.3 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
